Sedans and SUVs: Cancellations made more than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Cancellations made within 1 hour may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable.
Vans, Limousines, and Buses: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a full or partial refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable.
