You can place a reservation by visiting our Book Online page. 

For future reference, the Book Online page can be found in our menu at the top and bottom of all our website pages!

Depending on availability and time of year, we are typically able to fulfill reservations within 2 hours of them being placed. 

For example, if you need to be picked up at 3pm on a certain date, please book no later than 1pm of that day.

We’d also advise you to call our office if your timeframe is going to be this tight. This way we can do our best to expedite the booking process for you.

Your driver will reach out to you 30-60 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.

They will send you all necessary vehicle information, driver information, and pickup details/instructions (like where to meet, what to look for, etc.)

Yes. Credit cards are required to be on file for all reservations.

HOWEVER – your credit card will not be charged until your driver has arrived for your scheduled pickup!

Sedans & SUVs

Your credit card will not be charged until your driver is on location for your scheduled pickup.

Sprinter Vans & Buses

Your credit card will be charged 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time.

Yes – you will receive a confirmation email as soon as you Book Your Trip!

Yes – you will receive an email with the receipt for your trip once your trip is complete.

Yes, we track flights for all reservations beginning with a pickup at the airport.

In the event that your flight is delayed and you’re not able to make your scheduled pick-up time, don’t worry! You may cancel or rebook your reservation without penalty.

Just be sure to let us know so we can accommodate your itinerary changes!

Absolutely!

Our meet and greet services are available on all trips for an additional cost of $30.

Upon arrival, your driver will be waiting for you with a sign in the designated pickup area!

Yes we do!

We provide car seats for children at an additional rate of $20 per car seat.

If you will need a car seat for your upcoming trip, please let us know in advance so we can be sure to arrange these accommodations for you!

Eminent Limo is open 24 hours a day – 7 days a week – 365 days a year!

Of course! We keep a database of all the items that are left in our vehicles during any limousine service our limo company performs for you – whether it be a town car, stretch limo, party bus, etc. Please call us if your items have been lost inside one of our limousines, we will make sure to check our records first and contact you as soon as possible.

We primarily cover the entire Chicagoland area.

However, we do also cover trips around the midwest in general as well.

In addition to Chicagoland, we have a plethora of experience covering trips to/from Wisconsin, Indiana, Missouri, Southern Illinois, Iowa, and even Ohio!

We take pride in maintaining a fleet of modern, up-to-date vehicles with the latest advancements in safety, technology, comfort, and luxury.

To ensure this standard is met, all of the vehicles in our fleet are no more than 5 years old!

In accordance with city and state laws, alcohol is prohibited in all vehicles that are not partitioned.

Typically, our sprinter vans and buses will be equipped with partitions.

Please contact our booking department for more clarity and/or to accommodate any trips you’d like to make where alcohol is wanted on board.

Nope, we still offer our limousine services on holidays! We work with our clients to accommodate their needs by providing special services during all major holidays such as New Year’s Eve, Christmas Day, Easter, Memorial Day, etc.
